Quinta do Cabril Grande Reserva Branco 2021 is a wine of great harmony, where freshness combines elegantly with the complexity gained from oak ageing.
Appearance:
Bright citrine-yellow, enriched by subtle golden glints.
Nose:
Expressive aromatic complexity. Notes of stone fruit such as peach and apricot stand out, wrapped in delicate floral touches. The mineral side is striking, reflecting its granite origin, with soft nuances of vanilla and spice from barrel ageing.
Palate:
Structured and enveloping, with an unctuous texture balanced by lively, refreshing acidity. The finish is long and persistent, with a pleasant, slightly saline feel.
Development:
