Description
Made by the traditional Port method. After destemming and gentle crushing, alcoholic fermentation follows with skin maceration. Fermentation is temperature-controlled and stopped by adding grape spirit. The whole winemaking process, overseen by the winemaking team, takes into account the grapes, their ripeness and the desired sweetness.
This wine, with an average age of 4–5 years, comes from a selected blend of white wines aged in oak casks and vats.
