Vinha dos 9 - Espumante Rosé IG Minho is made from Touriga Nacional, Syrah and Pinot Noir. Made by thetraditional method, it has a clear appearance pale salmon colour, fine, persistent bubbles and great aromatic richness of fresh fruit. Made from the same base, it comes in two versions (Bruto and Meio Seco) for different moments. 

Colour: Its pale, elegant pink suggests freshness and youth, promising a lively journey through the world of sparkling flavours.

Aromas: The nose is a feast of delicate, complex aromas. Floral notes of wild roses and violets dance in harmony with nuances of fresh red fruit such as strawberries and ripe raspberries. 

Palate: The first impression is of vibrant acidity intertwined with persistent bubbles, creating a refreshing, stimulating sensation. Red fruit shines again, this time with a subtle minerality adding layers of complexity.
