Tasting Note – Quinta do Pessegueiro Grande Reserva Tinto 2021

Deep, intense ruby in colour, this Grande Reserva shows a sophisticated, highly concentrated aromatic profile. On the nose, ripe black fruit stands out, harmoniously wrapped in delicate notes of violet, spice and elegant nuances of coffee and cocoa, enriched by subtle balsamic hints and carefully integrated oak.

On the palate it shows all the personality of the Douro slopes, with solid, enveloping structure. The tannins are abundant but refined, giving texture and depth, while perfectly integrated acidity brings remarkable freshness and balance. The finish is long, persistent and very elegant, leaving a lasting impression of complexity and precision.
