Carmelo Rodero Raza Reserva 2022

Carmelo Rodero Raza Reserva 2022 shows an elegant, concentrated profile. On the nose, notes of red fruit such as cherries and raspberries stand out, with spice. Suckling:
A textured, dense and structured Ribera del Duero, with aromas of dark plums, tree bark, roasted mushrooms and sweet spices, with hints of coconut. It's intense and full-bodied, with soft tannins and a generous core of red fruit, dark chocolate and sweet spice. Focused finish. Drink after 2025.

Ferrán Centelles (Jancis Robinson):
You could get lost in the number of aromas in this glass. Maximum depth, with countless aromatic layers: ripe black fruit, graphite, rosemary, violet and a delicious oak presence that accompanies without overpowering. Sweet, gourmet-quality and impressive tannins, wrapped in generous alcohol. Very long and full of flavour. A wonderful wine that will age superbly. Tamed power, still surprisingly youthful. I imagine great ageing potential.
