José Pariente Sauvignon Blanc 2025 is a prestigious single-varietal Spanish white made by the renowned Bodegas José Pariente in the respected D.O. Rueda, Castilla y León. It comes from old Sauvignon Blanc vines (some over 40 years), fully adapted to the harsh continental climate and the stony, chalky soils typical of the region

With this varietal, José Pariente brings an interesting touch of persistence and minerality to its take on Rueda white. Sauvignon Blanc, made in a continental climate on poor soils, gives an aromatic, round white, perfect for lovers of exotic fruit. Highly recommended with shellfish.

Straw yellow with greenish glints. Very intense on the nose, with good minerality (stony aromas) and the grape's typical herbaceous notes. There are also citrus notes, especially grapefruit, giving a great sense of freshness.
A vibrant, unctuous white, with volume and tension, complex and elegant.
