Description
Vallegre Reserva Especial 2020 has a young, expressive nose with excellent aromatic impact. The oak is well integrated, lending elegance to the aromatic profile, where notes of dried flowers and sun-ripened citrus stand out.
PalateThe palate follows the same line, with a balanced, enveloping structure. 12 months in barrel bring a light oak tannin, translating into texture and depth. The wine shows plenty of flavour, with a marked, gripping dryness on the finish, making for a persistent, pleasurable experience.
A food wine, designed to shine at the table, lifting dishes of good intensity and pairing perfectly with white meat, structured fish or aged cheeses.
