Description
Made by the traditional Port method. After gentle crushing with partial destemming, alcoholic fermentation follows with skin maceration. Fermentation is temperature-controlled and stopped by adding grape spirit. The whole winemaking process, overseen by the winemaking team, takes into account the grapes, their ripeness and the desired sweetness.
This wine is the result of selecting and blending white wines, aged in oak casks for more than 10 years.
