Vinification according to the traditional Port Wine method. After gentle crushing with partial stemming, alcoholic fermentation with skin maceration follows. Fermentation takes place under controlled temperature and is stopped by the addition of wine spirit. The entire winemaking process, which is monitored by the oenology team, takes into account the grape varieties, their degree of maturation and the desired sweetness.
Blend originating from a mixture of red, ruby red, fruity wines, selected and aged in large oak barrels with an average age of between 3/4 years.
