Description

Quinta do Monte d'Oiro Reserva Branco 2023 is a top-of-the-range organic white made at the prestigious Quinta do Monte d'Oiro, in the Lisboa wine region (in Alenquer).

This wine stands out for its opulent, fresh, strongly Atlantic-inspired profile.

A clear, luminous straw-yellow. On the nose it shows great elegance and aromatic intensity, with aromas of yellow and stone fruit such as apricot, white plum and quince, wrapped in delicate floral nuances.

On the palate it stands out for its enveloping, creamy texture, benefiting from the oak, which gives volume and depth. Fresh, well-defined acidity ensures balance and liveliness, culminating in a dry, long, persistent finish marked by expressive minerality and subtle saline notes that reinforce its identity.

Food Pairing

Its structure, creaminess and freshness make it particularly suited to more intense dishes, namely:

. Oven-roasted or grilled oily fish;

. Seafood rice and fish stews;

. More elaborate bacalhau dishes, such as bacalhau com natas or à Zé do Pipo;

. Exotic cuisine, white-meat dishes and preparations with creamy sauces.
