Description

Appearance: An attractive straw-yellow colour with metallic glints, showing its liveliness and freshness.

Aroma: Remarkably intense, it opens with aromas of fresh white fruit such as peach and pear, evolving into delicate floral notes. Subtle citrus touches such as lemon peel and tangerine intertwine with balsamic ‘nuances’ and aromatic herbs evoking bay and rosemary. Discreet minerality brings complexity and identity.

Palate: On the palate it's elegant and balanced, with vibrant acidity giving freshness and longevity. Albariño brings structure and intensity, while Caíño Blanco adds freshness and tropical notes. Loureira contributes its unique aromatic signature, delivering a persistent finish marked by a subtle citrus and mineral touch.

Food Pairing: Perfect with seafood, ceviche, grilled fish and light Mediterranean dishes. Its freshness and complexity also go well with mild cheeses and Asian dishes.
