Vallegre Rabigato 2022

Winemaking: In the Baixo Corgo sub-region, there is our Quinta da Lameira with 25-year-old vines planted on old terraces with a south-east exposure.

Vinification: Strict manual selection of grapes on the selection mat, at the entrance to the cellar and total de-stemming. Pre-fermentative skin maceration, followed by light pressing of the grapes with potentiometric separation of musts. Careful fermentation in an "open spout" at controlled temperatures for almost a month in stainless steel vats.

Aging: At the end of alcoholic fermentation, the wine aged for 4 months "sur les lies", during which weekly batonnages were carried out.
