Mamoré de Borba Field Blend Red 2021

Originating from old vines located in the highlands of Borba, at an altitude of 400 metres, this Field Blend authentically expresses the freshest and most mineral Alentejo terroir. On the nose, it reveals a vinous and enveloping profile, with intense notes of blackberry jam, balsamic and earthy nuances, wild flowers and delicate spice, complemented by subtle hints of coffee and liquorice. On the palate, it stands out for its remarkable freshness, sustained by the altitude, with polished tannins and a deep, layered texture. The finish is long and sophisticated, with elegant notes of graphite that prolong the tasting.
