Description
It has a classic, refined profile, showing remarkable aromatic elegance from the very first moment. The nose is delicate and precise, with well-defined citrus-peel notes and a subtle, charming floral side. Part of the blend fermented and aged in barrel adds complexity without dominating.
On the palate it stands out for its striking tension and freshness. The acidity is vibrant, firmly supporting the enveloping citrus flavours in a very well-balanced register. It stays focused and precise throughout, with a long, mineral finish. Compared with previous vintages it's fresher and more direct, but always true to the sober, sophisticated style that defines this wine.
