Sardonia Farm - QS2 2021

QS2 is fruity, mouthwatering, silky, and captivating. As the younger sibling of Quinta Sardonia, it has a distinctive personality that makes it stand out. Each year, the blend of varieties can vary significantly, as the winery prioritizes its soils, which are primarily limestone, in its wines. However, the predominant grape is always Tinto Fino, complemented by small percentages of others such as Cabernet Sauvignon or Petit Verdot.

Biodynamic viticulture. Own vineyards in Villabáñez and Sardón de Duero (Valladolid), at an altitude between 760 and 830 meters.

Nose:
Complex and captivating aroma, dominated by fresh red fruits such as cherries and blueberries, enveloped by elegant notes of black pepper, thyme and wild herbs, which add depth and aromatic character.

Mouth Test:
An entry full of vibrant, fresh fruit, with a luscious texture that seduces from the first sip. The palate is balanced, with soft, well-integrated tannins and a very long, persistent finish. The fruit's maturity perfectly reflects the profile of the 2021 vintage.
