Wine profile
Description
Because of its elaborate winemaking and long ageing, this wine has always been considered "much more than a crianza". So the Ribera winery decided to drop that classification and call it Valduero 2 Maderas, after the two types of barrel used to age it, selected according to the character of the vintage. The "youngest of the reservas" of the house, as they like to call it at Valduero, is a red with fruity, balsamic and spicy aromas, good structure and a pleasant palate.
