Quinta da Boa Vista Reserva 2020 has a harmonious, intriguing make-up, combining 25% Touriga Nacional, 25% Touriga Franca, 25% Tinto Cão and a distinctive contribution from old vines.

On the nose it's austere, with notes of dried vegetation dominating. The fruit is shy at first, adding restrained but promising complexity.

On the palate it stays closed, but expressive in texture and structure. The tannins are firm and well defined, giving a serious, elegant character. The tension is balanced by a light minerality, with spicy and balsamic *“nuances”* adding depth.

A wine with many qualities and a reserved profile suggesting great potential to develop in bottle, ideal with sophisticated dishes or enjoyed after some time in the cellar.
