The 2025 Muros Antigos Escolha is 40% Loureiro, 40% Avesso and 20% Alvarinho, a blend they like because the grapes complement each other. “Alvarinho provides structure and body, Loureiro aromatic intensity and Avesso vibrant acidity and minerality,” they said. The must from pressing the destemmed grapes fermented in stainless steel with neutral yeasts and stayed on fine lees in steel for three months. It's pale and young, still a little shy and slightly reductive. It has a soft, delicate palate, 12.5% alcohol, a pH of 3.03 and 6.6 grams of acidity; it's light with notable acidity. 150,000 bottles were produced. It was bottled in January 2026.
