Kompassus Private Collection White 2016/2019

Made from equal parts Arinto and Cercial, it has an impressive and deep nose where citrus fruits of lemon and tangerine are combined with hints of spices, aromatic herbs and a hint of smoke that envelops everything. The texture on the palate is very impressive, combining plenty of body with great lightness (it only has 12% alcohol), in a creamy register, full of freshness and balance. A very long, imposing finish. Good connection between fruit and wood, all in a register of good balance. Lots of structure, intense flavour and beautiful acidity. A high-quality combination with great gastronomic aptitude.
