It has intense aromas of mango, apricot and honey, with flavours of peach and candied brown sugar, supported by bright, vibrant acidity. On the palate it's extremely sweet, with around 245–250 g/L residual sugar, but perfectly balanced by acidity (around 9.8 g/L), giving a long, rich, delicate finish with ‘nuances’ of marmalade and tropical fruit.
