Description

Produced only in years of unique quality, this is full-bodied, complex, distinctive and intense. Deep ruby colour, with a very intense nose of red fruit such as blackberries and raspberries, combined with nuances of ripe plum and spice. On the palate it perfectly conveys the aromatic sensations, which carry through to a structured, very persistent finish.

Founded in 1884 by the brothers António and Francisco, Sociedade dos Vinhos Borges soon became one of Portugal's leading wine companies.

Recognising that Portuguese wines can only make their mark in the world through excellence, Borges has always focused on the quality of its production, now exported to more than fifty countries on five continents.
