A 700 ml bottle gives about 17 measures of 4 cl. Once opened, store it upright, tightly closed and away from light and heat: spirits keep well for months but slowly lose aroma once the bottle is half empty.

Description
Eagle Rare 10 Year Old is a single barrel bourbon from Buffalo Trace: each bottle comes from one barrel, selected individually after a decade in Kentucky. Launched in 1975, it has become one of the most sought-after bourbons in the world, often hard to find, thanks to its mature, complex profile at a fair price.
Matured for 10 years in new charred American oak and bottled at 45%, it shows toffee, orange, leather and oak on the nose. The palate is rich and dense, with caramel, honey, cocoa and cinnamon. The finish is long, with oak, spice and tobacco.
Excellent neat, over a single ice cube or as the base of an Old Fashioned or a Manhattan. It pairs with smoked ribs, burgers, pecan pie and caramel desserts.
