A 700 ml bottle gives about 17 measures of 4 cl. Once opened, store it upright, tightly closed and away from light and heat: spirits keep well for months but slowly lose aroma once the bottle is half empty.

Description
Kavalan Classic is the flagship single malt of the Yilan distillery in Taiwan and the whisky that made the brand known worldwide. Pure water from the Snow Mountains and subtropical heat, which speeds up the exchange with the wood, create a malt of exuberant tropical fruit, honey and vanilla with a very particular sweetness.
Matured in American oak, wine casks and sherry casks and bottled at 40%, it shows mango, honey, vanilla and flowers on the nose. The palate is creamy, with tropical fruit, vanilla, coconut and cinnamon. The finish is medium, with tropical fruit, oak and spice.
Balanced and complex, it works as well for a relaxed evening as for a special dinner. Serve neat or with a drop of water. It pairs with roast meats, mushrooms, nuts and hard cheeses.
