A 700 ml bottle gives about 17 measures of 4 cl. Once opened, store it upright, tightly closed and away from light and heat: spirits keep well for months but slowly lose aroma once the bottle is half empty.

Description
Penderyn, on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park, revived the Welsh whisky tradition in 2000. It uses a unique still designed by David Faraday that produces a very pure, aromatic spirit in a single run. Myth, from the Dragon range, is matured in bourbon casks and is the simplest, freshest way to discover Wales.
Matured in bourbon casks and refill casks and bottled at 40%, it shows banana, vanilla, green apple and honey on the nose. The palate is light and fresh, with tropical fruit, vanilla, toffee and pepper. The finish is smooth and clean, with vanilla, malted cereal and oak.
An easy, versatile whisky to enjoy neat, on ice or in a refreshing highball. It pairs with grilled fish, seafood, salads and fresh cheeses, and is an excellent choice for anyone discovering the category.
