Description

Quinta de Saes Altitude Baga Rosé 2025 is a newly arrived rosé from the respected Dão demarcated region, made by the iconic Quinta da Pellada and signed by acclaimed winemaker Álvaro Castro. Unlike the house's traditional blend, this special "Altitude" edition highlights the unique identity of Baga.

Fresh and elegant on the nose, it stands out for its notes of raspberry and redcurrant, wrapped in delicate floral nuances and a subtle mineral expression.

On the palate it's balanced, structured and very fresh, with vibrant acidity reflecting the altitude of the vineyards, at about 500 metres. Far from a tropical or overly sweet profile, it offers an elegant, precise tasting, finishing long, refreshing and persistent.
