The 2023 Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume comes from vines in Vaulorent, at the meeting of the slopes where the soils are deeper. It offers aromas of ripe stone fruit and honeycomb. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and layered, it's richer and more textural than the more ethereal Vaulorent bottling.
