Description
The 20 Year Old Tawny Port is a wine made from many Ports aged in old 550-litre casks over many years in Quinta da Pacheca's new lodge. During ageing the wine loses its colour and turns tawny, and the aroma gains notes of oxidative ageing.

The NV 20 Years Tawny Port is a blend of several grapes, with 119 grams of residual sugar. It was bottled in November 2019 with a bar-top cork. This wine adds some concentration and complexity over the 10 Years Tawny, but follows the same line — graceful, restrained and fresh. It doesn't show much power, but it's smooth and pleasant. It's a fresh, easy-drinking 20-year-old Tawny that goes down very well and offers an extra dimension compared with the 10-year-old.
